Nike Dunk Low Fossil Rose Blue/Pink

Although it's been two years since its milestone 35th anniversary, the Nike Dunk Low continues to dominate "wish lists" everywhere without needing to rest on its laurels. For Spring 2022, Peter Moore's iconic design appeared in a predominantly "White" colorway with hints of a rosy "Fossil Rose" hue. Similar to a widely popular predecessor that used the aforementioned brown color, the upcoming sneakers feature a mix of high-quality synthetic leather and suede across their uppers. Shades of "White" predominate across the top half of the pair, with panels around the toe, along the tongue and near the ankle sporting a purer variant of the dominant color. The contrast, however, arrives prominently via the side swoosh, laces, and upper heel panel, which nods to the Nike Dunk Low "Medium Curry" that released in late March 2021; in certain light and at certain angles, the design choice omits a pinkish tone. Regardless of its exact name in the Pantone Matching System, the color has already helped the sneakers garner notable interest on social media, which will certainly translate into a successful launch and could encourage the Swoosh to outfit other models in the throwback light curry color.
